ALFIDA Treuhand AG is a successful family-run business with four employees.
Dr. oec. publ. Walter Menzi
Founder
Dr. Menzi studied at the University of Zurich and received his doctorate in economics in 1967. Shortly thereafter he founded ALFIDA Treuhand AG in Zurich.
Before and during his studies he worked in banking, trading and industrial companies. He was also engaged as a lecturer in business strategy.
Dr. Menzi was a member of the Board of Directors of several companies in Switzerland and abroad.
He was married and the father of four children. He died on March 20, 2014.
Katrin Stäheli-Menzi
Managing Director
Katrin Stäheli-Menzi studied at the University of Zurich and completed her studies in 1998 with a Master's degree in law. Both before and during her studies she worked at ALFIDA Treuhand AG as a part-time employee.
Following her graduation, she deepened her expertise as a lawyer at a law firm and at the Zurich District Courts. She then worked as a journalist at the Ringier Group where she first headed a team of reporters and then worked as an online editor. Besides her work at ALFIDA, Katrin manages several real estates.
Katrin Stäheli-Menzi is one of Dr. Menzi's daughters, married to an attorney-at-law and the mother of two girls.
